Marcos Cruz has partner with the American Culinary Federation and the Culinary Team USA. He is now their director of design and visual art consultant  for the Team USA. Marcos will design and execute the centerpiece sculpture that will be use by the team. He will also assist as consultant on overall visual art impact. Items design and executed by Marcos will be use in Luxembourg in November 2010 and the KIA Olympics, held in Erfurt Germany in October of 2012
